GUIDELINES FOR CURRENT SURGERIES AND APPOINTMENTS:
During these times of COVID-19 we are not doing exams with owners coming inside the hospital.  All exams and appointments are done "curbside". Clients remain in their car and pets are brought inside for full thorough exams.  We are not sacrificing the level of care in any way and clients will still get to communicate with the doctors over the phone or via email.  Paperwork can be found in our "more...." section above to be filled out prior to surgery or appointments.  These forms can be printed and filled out before you arrive or we have forms outside of the hospital with a pen for you to take.  Once form is filled out it can be emailed to porterpethospital@gmail.com or a picture of it/them can be texted to 440-570-9423.
